Week 45 in the world of Indian TV Shows' Rankings has been, to say the least, shocking. Shivangi Joshi-Mohsin Khan starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Show has slipped by 6 positions. Can you believe it? Yes, it has! Perched happily at No 3 last week, it now finds itself almost out from the Top 10 at No 9. Kumkum Bhagya has rushed in to take its place. At the end of the day, Ekta Kapoor gets all the first 3 spots with Naagin 3, Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya (in that order). But what must be worrying her is that Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2, which has now had even Hina Khan, is not even in the first 20.
And wait till you hear this! Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah are out of Top 10! Surprising, because both these shows were very much in the prestigious list consistently since quite some time. Can we pass off these downslides to their loyal audience being not near their TV sets during the Diwali week? But then, on the other hand, shows like Ishq Subhan Allah and Kulfi Kumarr Bajewala are as rock solid on No 5 and No 6 as they were in Week 44. Hmmm...
